Shipping policy

 

We offer both domestic and international shipping with secure tracking for every order.

Order Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
• For customized products, 7 to 15 working days may be required depending on customization level.

Domestic Shipping

• Free shipping is offered for orders above ₹5,000 within India.
• For orders below ₹5,000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
• Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to charge additional shipping for remote locations without prior notice.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid upfront.
• Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable in the country of import, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
• Snehalayaa Silks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from customs clearance or unavailability of the recipient.

Additional Guidelines

• Only one shipping address is accepted per order. For multiple shipping addresses, separate orders must be placed.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
• In rare cases of concurrent purchases leading to stock unavailability, Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
