CANCELLATION POLICY

Exchange Policy 

Returns and Cancellations:

Exchange Only: Products purchased can only be exchanged; no refunds are available.

Cancellation Consideration: Cancellation requests are considered only if submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

Non-Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Exchange Conditions:

Initiation Window: Exchanges can be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date.

Exclusions: Exchange/cancellation is not accepted for orders with customized tassel work.

Valid Exchange Reasons: Customers may initiate an exchange request for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Discrepancies in color or description
  • Personal preference ("I do not like this material")

Exchange Procedure:

Request Submission: Customers must email support@snehalayaasilks.com with order details and a valid reason for exchange.

Approval Process: Our support team will review and approve exchange requests.

Return Requirements: Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition with intact price tags and packaging.

Shipping: Upon approval, customers are responsible for packing and shipping the item back.

Logistic Charges: Rs. 100/- per item for onward and return logistics applies to free shipping orders.

International Orders: Exchange/cancellation facilities are not available for international orders.

Additional Exchange Terms:

Quality Assurance: Products undergo pre-checks for quality and defects before shipping.

Exchange requests due to damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Limitations: Returns are not accepted once products are shipped unless deemed damaged.

Color Disclaimer: Product photos are taken in neutral lighting; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

Non-Negotiable Condition: Sarees must be returned in original condition and packaging to receive full credit.

Processing Time: Exchange requests, once accepted, require up to one week to process.

Single Exchange Policy: Each order is eligible for exchange only once; repeated exchange requests cannot be accommodated.

Items purchased on sale can not be returned/exchanged or cancelled.
