Shipping Policy

We offer both domestic and international shipping with secure tracking for every order.

Order Dispatch Timeline

1. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
   
   
2. For customized products (e.g., saree falls, blouse stitching), 7 to 15 working days may be required depending on customization level.
   
   

Domestic Shipping

1. Free shipping is offered for orders above ₹5,000 within India.
   
   
2. For orders below ₹5,000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
   
   
3. Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to charge additional shipping for remote locations without prior notice.
   
   

International Shipping

1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid upfront.
   
   
2. Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable in the country of import, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
   
   
3. Snehalayaa Silks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from customs clearance or unavailability of the recipient.
   
   

Additional Guidelines

1. Only one shipping address is accepted per order. For multiple shipping addresses, separate orders must be placed.
   
   
2. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
   
   
3. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
   
   
4. In rare cases of concurrent purchases leading to stock unavailability, Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
