SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Snehalayaa delivers products across India. All orders will be delivered  within 4-8 days and shipping will be done through trusted courier service.
• The Airway number /docket number will be shared through the registered e mail once the products are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders will be processed within 6-12 days and will be shipped through an International Courier company

• Snehalayaa will not be held responsible for any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
• Any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items will be borne separately by the customer and should be paid to the courier company at the time of delivery.
• The duties and taxes are not included in the bill payment made by the customer to us.
• An additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
• Remote Area Surcharge would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods.If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our information, we would cancel your order.
• Items purchased on sale can not be returned/exchanged or cancelled.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

●      All additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be borne by the customer.

• Customers are liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.
• Local state laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items shipped.
