Return & Exchange Policy

At Snehalayaa Silks, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, as our products are handcrafted and often customized, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • We do not allow order cancellations or issue refunds once an order is confirmed. Customers are requested to verify all product details carefully before completing the purchase.

  • Returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted during festive seasons.

  • Exchange requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

    1. The request must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the product.

    2. Customers must notify us via email at support@snehalayaasilks.com or WhatsApp at +91 8925932201.

    3. A confirmation will be issued upon review, following which the merchandise must be returned and received by Snehalayaa Silks within five (5) days (for domestic orders).

Exchange Process

  • Products can be exchanged for:

    1. Another product of equal or higher value (difference in amount to be paid by the customer), or

    2. A store credit (credit note) valid for future purchases if the exchanged product is of lesser value.

  • Exchanges will only be processed upon receiving the returned merchandise in original, unused, and undamaged condition, along with original packaging.

  • Products will not be accepted for exchange if:

    1. The saree fall and edges have been stitched.

    2. The blouse has been cut or any customizations have been made.

    3. The item is part of a sale or promotional offer.

  • All shipping charges for returning the product and dispatching the exchanged product will be borne by the customer and calculated based on prevailing logistics rates.

Non-Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not accept exchanges or cancellations for international orders.

  • Snehalayaa Silks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are advised to package items securely.

Right to Refuse Exchange

  • Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above terms.
