Refund & Cancellation Policy

Snehalayaa Silks values customer satisfaction and ensures that every order is processed with care. Please read the following terms before placing your order.


 

1. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  2. Exchange-Only Basis: In place of a refund, eligible products may be exchanged as per our Exchange Policy.

  3. Store Credit: In cases where an exchange is approved and the replacement product is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as a store credit, valid for future purchases.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, a store credit for the product value will be issued after inspection.


 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    1. Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.

    2. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Snehalayaa Silks-Initiated Cancellations:

    • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

    1. Product unavailability

    2. Technical or pricing errors on the website

    3. Unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfillment

    • If payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Special Note: Orders with customizations (e.g., saree falls, tassel work, blouse stitching) or items purchased on sale/promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation.


 

3. Important Conditions

  1. International Orders: Cancellations and refunds are not available for international orders.

  2. Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or promotions are final sale — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

  3. Order Verification: Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, including product specifications, before confirming the purchase.

  4. Color Disclaimer: Product colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting conditions and display settings. Variations in color are not considered a defect and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.


 

4. Processing Timeline

  1. Approved refunds (for Snehalayaa Silks-initiated cancellations) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  2. Store credits for eligible exchanges will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
