Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, a store credit for the product value will be issued after inspection.

Special Note: Orders with customizations (e.g., saree falls, tassel work, blouse stitching) or items purchased on sale/promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation.
